Lacee Cripe | President
With 29 years in eye care, Lacee knows that trust and loyalty come from real relationships. She leads with heart, experience, and a deep commitment to creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. A proud Michigander, Lacee is a mom of three, a dog lover with two rescue pups, and an avid horse rider who genuinely loves everything about barn life. She’s also ABO certified, a former Ohio licensed Optician, a former ABO sponsor, and a natural storyteller who once sold her artwork at just 10 years old. Fun fact: she’s also a pretty great roller skater.
Shaunna Ashley | Optician
Shaunna has spent more than 11 years helping patients find eyewear that fits their vision, style, and everyday life. She loves building new relationships and takes pride in making the process feel simple, friendly, and personalized. When she’s not at work, Shaunna enjoys gardening, cooking, learning new things, and spending quality time with her children. Patients appreciate her warmth, honesty, and genuine care for their needs.
Meghan| Optician
With over 21 years in the optical field, Meghan believes the best part of her job is getting to truly know her patients. She brings both clinical expertise and behind-the-scenes lab management experience to every visit, making sure details are handled with care and precision. Outside the office, you’ll likely find her on the golf course or at the beach, enjoying her favorite ways to unwind. Her thoughtful, easygoing nature helps patients feel comfortable from the moment they sit down.
Dr. Rahi Shah Sachdeva | Optometrist
With nearly 10 years of experience, Dr. Rahi Shah Sachdeva loves getting to know her patients and helping them see the world more clearly, literally. Her favorite moments are when patients light up after realizing how much better they can see. She brings a warm, approachable style to her care and takes time to make sure every patient feels heard and confident. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and exploring the world with friends and family. She lives in Novi and has spent most of her life in southeast Michigan.
